Strengthen emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and values-based decision-making while building a practical plan for continued growth.\n\n\n\nReflect, Refine, and Grow as a Nonprofit Leader\n\n\n\nNonprofit leadership requires more than technical skill—it calls for self-awareness, adaptability, and the ability to inspire others in complex and often resource-constrained environments. This workshop creates space for leaders to step back from daily demands and reflect on who they are as leaders, what their organizations need from them now, and how they can continue to grow. Participants will explore leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and values-driven decision-making while creating a clear and actionable plan for their continued development.\n\n\n\nKey topics will include budgeting for nonprofit organizations, maintaining internal controls, and establishing accounting and financial policies and procedures.
