DONOR DATA SPECIALIST
The Milwaukee Rescue Mission is seeking a full-time Donor Data Specialist to support functions of the donor database to ensure clean data, accurate reporting, and effective donor communications.
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift
LOCATION: Central Campus, 830 N 19th Street, Milwaukee, WI. 53233
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain CRM integrity through consistent implementation of data governance practices and regular quality checks
- Participate in ongoing data clean-up projects and support other database maintenance tasks as assigned
- Record and organize campaign results and donor engagement data from third party vendors
- Facilitate data flow between Virtuous CRM and external applications
- Assist with gift processing functions including uploading data into Virtuous CRM
- Help streamline the gift receipting process to improve timeliness and accuracy of donor acknowledgments
- Reconcile CRM receipts with finance deposits
- Assist with mail merges and procedural documentation updates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
- 3-5 years database experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with competence and accuracy in grammar and spelling
- Work well under pressure and manage stress effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Detail orientated with strong organization, prioritization and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software
- Have a genuine concern for the salvation and spiritual welfare for all those encountered though the ministry of MRM, seeking to model and share the hope of the gospel within the established responsibilities for this position.

- Be in agreement with and subscribe to the MRM Statement of Faith and the MRM Statement of Biblical Convictions
- Be a committed follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, which is evident in personal testimony and Christian conduct
