August 6th, online: the UW-Milwaukee School of Continuing Education is hosting “Be Your Best Without Burning Out.” In this workshop, you will gain a new appreciation for how much power you have over your emotions in negative and stressful situations. You will be taught proven best practices rooted in positive psychology to reduce stress that are easy to integrate into your busy life.
