The Nonprofit Management Fund is offering a three-part training on “Building Resilience for Future-Ready Nonprofits: An Advanced Governance Workshop Series”:

  • March 13, April 17, and May 15, 2025

Who Should Attend?

This in-person advanced training program is designed for leaders aiming to elevate their organizations to a higher level of future-readiness. It is ideal for nonprofit board members, executive directors, and senior staff responsible for preparing their organizations to navigate change. The nonprofit organization must have prior experience in strategic planning (within the past 5 years). Participation as a leadership team of two—preferably including both a board member and senior staff—is highly recommended to achieve the most significant impact. In order to acquire maximum value from this series, in-person attendance at all three sessions is required.
