UW-Madison Extension Dane County is offering a free virtual education session for nonprofit leaders on “Crafting an Organization Identity Statement”:

“Crafting an Organization Identity Statement: An organization identity statement provides an overview of mission, purpose, audience, geography, programs, funding sources, competitive advantage, and values. Champions for the organization (board members, lead staff, volunteers, funders) will find that an organizational identity statement ensures they are on the same page when talking about the organization. We’ll share a worksheet and process for crafting an organization identity statement with your board, staff and key stakeholders.”
