Cultural Differences: Communication Styles & Conflict Resolution

The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits is offering “Cultural Differences: Communication Styles & Conflict Resolution”:

“Organizations have a workplace culture, but each employee brings their own culture to work. This workshop will help participants deepen their understanding of how culture influences different communication styles, which can often lead to misunderstanding and conflict. We will examine different communication and conflict styles and learn new strategies for identifying barriers to healthy communication and managing conflict in the workplace.”
