Nonprofit Learning Lab is hosting “Emerging Stronger: Planning for a Post-Covid Future”:

“Covid-19 has been incredibly challenging for many nonprofits. Fortunately, it looks like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel with vaccines becoming more widely available. While we may get past the pandemic, however, the world will be different, and nonprofits will need to adjust to a new environment. Community needs and preferences will continue to evolve, organizational dynamics have changed, and there are opportunities to capture best practices and lessons learned from pandemic responses to serve more people, more ways, more cost-effectively. In other words, there’s no going back — so how should you approach the future? This session will focus on how nonprofits can come out of the crisis stronger—more flexible and with greater ability to serve — by making sound strategic decisions about the future.”
