How Leaders Can Support Responses to Change: Leapers, Bridge Builders & Tradition Holders

Nonprofit Learning Lab is hosting a training on “How Leaders Can Support Responses to Change: Leapers, Bridge Builders & Tradition Holders”:

“When you want to empower change on your team, you want to leverage the strengths of the whole team regardless of how they navigate change. This interactive workshop introduces a simple model of the three response styles to change. Once recognized, leaders can build stronger relationships on the team, and how to work with the advantages — and challenges — of each style. You have experienced these different styles on your team – the people who lag behind, the people who surge ahead, and the people who struggle in between. Each of these styles are crucial to the team, and can be engaged effectively throughout the change lifecycle. The first step to respecting this is recognizing the different styles for approaching change. During the workshop, we’ll level-set around how we talk about change, and then dive into the different response styles to change. This will be an interactive, highly engaged workshop!”

The event is finished.
