How to Communicate With Donors When Your Organization and Community are Facing Hardship

March 23rd or April 27th, online: Nonprofit Learning Lab is hosting “How to Communicate With Donors When Your Organization and Community are Facing Hardship”:

“During times of difficulty, whether it be a pandemic, recession, political crisis, or all of the above, keeping your nonprofit’s mission in front of and relevant to donors requires extreme creativity, transparency, and stepping out of your comfort zone. In these unprecedented times, many, if not all, nonprofit organizations have been forced to reinvent themselves – learning new technologies and ways to communicate, how they do their work from a remote environment, and even how they support the community, all while managing their own challenges at home. Being in quarantine has forced this innovation for the masses, which has made people rethink what success looks like, ultimately making them shift their communication strategies to meet new objectives. In this workshop, Brianna McKinney of Bloom Communications will share her thoughts and experience around how your nonprofit can effectively communicate with donors during difficult times.”
