Leadership Forum: Budgeting and Cost Allocation (postponed to fall)

May 5th in Appleton: hosted by the Nonprofit Leadership Initiative: “what our nonprofits asked for: ‘Budgeting: I think it would be great to have a budgeting session where they talk about ways to allocate indirect expenses to programs and to break them down between administrative, fundraising, and programs.’ Enter Steve Zimmerman, back by popular demand, on how to do this work. Steve will present a three-hour training on budgeting and determining true costs and programmatic profitability. Nonprofit staff and board members are invited!”
