The Nonprofit Leadership Initiative is hosting “Leadership Forum – Strengthen Your Leadership Style Using Empathic Leadership and DiSC”:
“Strengthen Your Leadership Skills So You Can Better Lead Your Team!
Attend this multi-disciplinary workshop and explore answers to questions leaders are facing today-
- Why do employees leave?
- How is COVID affecting workplace trends?
- What can you do as a manager to keep your employees and meet their developing needs?
- What more will be asked of you as a leader to help foster organizational culture and growth?
The session will also include an introduction to DiSC, a professional tool, as another means of building your leadership skills, and communicating and connecting with your employees and coworkers in a more meaningful and satisfying way.
IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE OPTIONS
In person attendance at Fox Valley Technical College/D.J. Bordini Center will be limited so we can gather safely and allow for proper social distancing. We will follow Fox Valley Technical College COVID protocols and will make changes to in-person attendance, either increasing or decreasing, as allowed.
In-person attendance priority will be given to nonprofits within NPLI’s service region. The virtual attendance link will be provided closer to the session date.
