“This session introduces the LYNC Model of Care Framework, a practical, human-centered approach grounded in the belief that when people feel seen, understood, and connected, outcomes improve. Drawing on years of cross-sector experience working with organizations, schools, and communities, the LYNC team reframes behavior as a signal—often pointing to unmet needs, stress, or gaps within systems.

Participants will explore how to lead differently by prioritizing connection, trust, and understanding as core drivers of performance and well-being. This session goes beyond theory, offering actionable strategies to help leaders reduce friction, strengthen relationships, and create environments where individuals and teams can truly thrive.
