January 26th and February 2nd: the Nonprofit Leadership Initiative is hosting a two session “Managing Performance During a Crisis & Employment Law Update”:
“Working during a crisis presents many challenges – jobs change, the goals shift, your work site might be closed, childcare might not be available, and the emotional and mental stress weighs on everyone. Still, managing performance remains imperative. In two sessions, Lake Effect HR & Law, will discuss how to effectively and compassionately manage performance while taking into account the challenges during a crisis and the latest changes in employment law.”
