“As nonprofit professionals have completely shifted their work structure, priorities, and responsibilities, many have felt overwhelmed and ill-prepared. While the world changes, it is important to feel in control of your work and understand how to be successful within your organization. During this session, we’ll go over how to become better productivity managers versus project managers through an analysis of a few different scientific approaches. We will cover how to work best, learn how to set priorities, and explore different virtual tools to use on the job. You’ll walk away with a better sense of why, how, and what you need to do to better manage your virtual working environment – which can translate to more productivity post-COVID as well.”
