The UW-Green Bay Nonprofit Education and Development Network is offering “Risk Management & Resilience”:

“When the COVID-19 pandemic surfaced, how well was your organization prepared? This workshop, taught by Ted Bilich, teaches you how to develop resilience for your nonprofit by adopting Lean Risk Management. It covers business continuity planning for when an interruption strikes. Ted is an experienced lawyer and author of Managing Your Nonprofit for Resilience (Wiley, 2023). He speaks regularly before large and small groups throughout the United States on risk management, board governance, ethics, and more. Ted is a Standards for Excellence licensed consultant and utilizes these Standards materials as part of instruction.”
