Strategic Planning that Works

SCORE Madison is offering a workshop (in-person in Madison or online) on “Strategic Planning that Works”:

“‘The purpose of planning is not to create plans but to create results’

This perspective, creating results, is the intent of this workshop presented by two experienced SCORE mentors: Michael George and Gene Kroupa. They believe that creating a strategic plan is not an end, but rather a beginning for exciting growth and engagement. If your organization needs guidance to affirm major directions or to concentrate resources effectively in order to benefit stakeholders, engage volunteers, and expand your impact, then this workshop is for you.”
