Who We Are
4th Dimension is a recovery community where people find safety, stability, and a path forward. We provide sober living, recovery programs, and ongoing support that meet people right where they are. Our team works side-by-side with residents, families, and community partners to make sure no one has to take this journey alone. Whether it’s offering a bed, a conversation, or a connection to resources, we’re here to walk with people from crisis toward lasting change.
About the Role
You are the first point of contact for people in one of the most vulnerable, uncertain moments of their lives. You’ll be the voice they trust when they’re scared and unsure of what comes next, and the steady guide who walks with them until they are safely through our doors.
Some days you’ll be in the community — meeting with partner facilities, building relationships, and introducing our programs at outreach events. Other days you’ll be on the phone, answering that first call for help, listening without judgment, and making sure they have a way to get here if they can’t on their own. Every call, meeting, and ride is a step toward safety, stability, and hope.
This is a hybrid position supporting both 4th Dimension Recovery Center and 4th Dimension Sobriety.
