As a Job Coach, you will provide instruction, support, and supervision to adults with disabilities inside and outside the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with disabilities on various work sites, observe their abilities, and identify areas for improvement. Provide feedback and assistance to increase productivity and encourage positive work behavior.
- Maintain daily logs and reports.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle with current registration and insurance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals with disabilities, family members, social workers, employers, and others positively and constructively.
- Optimistic attitude and ability to give encouraging verbal feedback regularly.
