The Financial Services Manager – Community Services and Grants Management will lead a team in supporting grants management, monitoring, invoicing and reporting for all Children’s Wisconsin grants (federal, state, county, municipal, United Way, etc.) as well as financial oversight of all community services programs. Preparation of financial and statistical reports related to assigned group initiatives, strategic planning, and special projects. Performs a variety of functions in the areas of financial statement preparation, development of annual budget, and account analysis. Prepares accurate and timely reports and is the financial liaison with assigned areas. This is a REMOTE role.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA certification required. Five years of related accounting/financial services experience in a nonprofit organization, hospital or health care system. Previous grants management experience preferred. Workday grants management experience a plus. Previous management experience preferred. Ability to be flexible and innovative and deal with ambiguity. Requires advanced organizational, collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong process improvement, documentation, and staff coaching skills preferred.
