POSITION(S) REPORTS TO: Director of Web Services

POSITION(S) THAT REPORT TO YOU: N/A

EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEE STATUS: Exempt (Minimum of 37.5 hours/week)

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Plan, implement, and maintain Salesforce-based association management systems (AMS).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (Minimum of 37.5 hours/week):

  • Plan, implement, and maintain Salesforce-based association management systems
  • Manage workload consisting of multiple association clients
  • Collaborate with our Information Services department and client staff to understand client needs and help identify technical solutions that will best meet those needs
  • Provide technical consultation to association client staff, ensuring Salesforce best practices are considered and appropriately maintained
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Perform other AMS-related tasks as necessary

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 2 years Salesforce consulting, development, or administration experience
  • Proficiency in a variety of Salesforce features including, but not limited to:
    • Creating custom objects and fields
    • Flows
    • Advanced Formulas
    • Validation Rules
    • SOQL
    • Profile, Permissions and OWD
    • Apex Triggers
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, as well as independently
  • Working knowledge of version control/code repository systems

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components
  • Familiarity with Visualforce and Aura
  • Intermediate knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
  • Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Salesforce certifications a plus
  • Experience with Nimble AMS a plus
  • Experience working with associations/non-profit organizations a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: None

*This position is located in downtown Milwaukee, WI and a minimum of two days onsite in the office (including Wednesday as an all-staff-in-office day) are a requirement of the role.
