POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the leadership of, and reporting to, the Chief Operations Officer, the IMPACT Connect Program Director will provide leadership, vision, and expertise in the field of community information exchange. The Director will provide project oversight and project management. The position will be responsible for identifying and recruiting member partners, community based programs and other critical stake holders. The Director will utilize a clear vision, strong collaborative and motivational skills, and clear project goals to ensure community partners and team members successfully attain project goals. The Director will serve as the primary IMPACT representative forming the governance structure for the IMPACT Connect initiative. The Director is responsible for contract management including an intimate understanding of the contracts, negotiating contracts and administering the contracts. The Director will assist with the financial management of the program including pricing and managing the budget. The Director will identify outcomes and other key performance indicators and develop processes for monitoring and sharing them. The Director is responsible for managing the relationship with the technology and other vendors. The Director oversees the work of the IMPACT Connect team including the Partner Manager. The Director serves as a member of the senior leadership team. The Director represents the IMPACT Connect program at agency and community events, meetings and other networking opportunities. The Director will support and actively participate in IMPACT’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and direct IMPACT Connect community information exchange in our nine county region.
  • Create and manage a plan for financial sustainability
  • Identify and measure outcomes and key performance indicators
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new partner members
  • Grow the community based program participation to meet the needs of the network/partner members
  • Facilitate shared governance, including chairing the Board of Managers and committees.
  • Form and manage subcommittees
  • Manage the relationship with our technology partner, including resource merge/integration, screening tools, assuring data and reporting packages are aligned with project outcomes, and pricing
  • Organizing, analyzing and sharing data with all key stakeholders
  • Represent IMPACT and IMPACT Connect with United Way WI, WIRE and other statewide efforts around the community information exchange
  • Supervise the IMPACT Connect Partner Manager and related activities
  • Expand the program outside of our nine county region
  • Provide necessary information and data to support the securing of grants or raising of funds

  • Responsible for protecting client confidentiality and adhering to all state and federal laws and regulations regarding the protection to substance use and mental health information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree preferred in social work, public health, organizational development, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing and working collaboratively
  • Extensive experience working with non-profit and government agencies, diverse community groups, health care organizations and consumers of health and human services or other comparable experience
  • Extensive experience with project management, including facilitating teamwork, supervising staff, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with direct supervision.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Reside in the State of Wisconsin and within 50 miles of IMPACT

HOURS/TRAINING:

This is a full-time, hybrid, exempt position within IMPACT. General work hours will be Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Training will be fully onsite for the first 90 days of employment.
