Position Summary: Responsible for initial consumer assessments, developing appropriate plans of care, and completing all paperwork and required components of consumer onboarding through consumer start of care. Assist the Program Director in overseeing and ensuring all RN tasks and processes meet compliance according to PAS program policies and Medicaid homecare regulations. Compliance adherence in this role includes conducting consumer quality assurance visits, participating in quality assurance clinical audits, being a member of the PAS QA Compliance Committee, and collaborating with PAS leadership to implement RN corrective processes that will safeguard the integrity of the PAS program.

Experience: one year supervisory experience

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must have valid license as Registered Nurse where the assigned facility is located.
  • Must have valid Driver License and good driving record.
