The Assistant Director manages significant and ongoing communication with all program participants, as well as event planning, social media efforts and data implementation for the Marquette Mentors Program. The Marquette Mentors Program was established in 2013 and is a high-touch, metrics-driven, 1:1 alumni mentor – student mentee initiative to support the mentee with career discernment, professional development and leadership skills to achieve their established goals. Recognized as the international gold standard for higher education mentoring initiatives, Marquette Mentors serves approximately 2,000 student mentees and alumni mentors in more than 25 states and Europe through ongoing engagement initiatives.
