Job Purpose and Reporting Structure:

Under the direction of the IT and Data Manager, the IT Support Specialist maintains the Pathfinders IT infrastructure including laptops, desktops, Chromebooks and phone system. The IT Support Specialist handles all helpdesk ticket requests, diagnosing and resolving all issues including hardware, software, in-user support and other training needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and support IT helpdesk requests efficiently
  • Create and manage users with active directory and  Office 365 admin
  • Maintain accurate and current inventory of organizational IT assets
  • Assist IT ad Data Manager with various projects and initiatives  as needed
  • Roll out new software  and hardware to end-users as needed
  • Coordinate AV equipment setup and breakdown for events
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional information:
