Job Purpose and Reporting Structure:
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Youth CCS Contracted Support is responsible for serving as a mental health professional and providing clinical supervision and recommendations for direct service staff to comply with DHS 36 requirements of the Pathfinders Youth CCS programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to direct service staff to comply with DHS 36 supervision requirements.
- Provide clinical support for CCS/CORE enrollments, treatment plans, assessments, and other clinical paperwork.
- Review annual functional screens and complete annual Determination of Need statements for continued CCS/CORE program eligibility as appropriate.
- Provide support and consultation as needed for high-risk clients, including a quarterly formal high-risk review of all identified clients.
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation as required by established standards by Pathfinders, Milwaukee County CCS, DHS 36, and Medicaid.
- Provide as needed coverage related to clinical supervision for other mental health professionals as needed to ensure compliance.
- Adhere to all relevant Pathfinders Milwaukee and Milwaukee County CCS Policy and Procedures.
- Support clinical staff development and training opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience: Qualified applicants require a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field. Valid State of Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required.
