Role and Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant is a part-time (0.8 FTE) position that reports directly to the Program Director and Program Supervisor to assist with maintaining office functions at RISE Youth & Family Services and Project Mosaic as well as complete other administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Data entry/running reports as needed
- Maintain client records and database
- Maintain employee records
- Conduct all Quality Assurance checks as well as Client Satisfaction Surveys
- Maintain inventory of office and client supplies
- Order badges/business cards
- Manage referral tracking and assignment
- Make sure office is organized and presentable
- Manage phones
- Setting up group room for different functions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Degree
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Skilled at Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint
- Skilled at verbal and written communication
