Role and Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant is a part-time (0.8 FTE) position that reports directly to the Program Director and Program Supervisor to assist with maintaining office functions at RISE Youth & Family Services and Project Mosaic as well as complete other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Data entry/running reports as needed
  • Maintain client records and database
  • Maintain employee records
  • Conduct all Quality Assurance checks as well as Client Satisfaction Surveys
  • Maintain inventory of office and client supplies
  • Order badges/business cards
  • Manage referral tracking and assignment
  • Make sure office is organized and presentable
  • Manage phones
  • Setting up group room for different functions
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Degree
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • Skilled at Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint
  • Skilled at verbal and written communication
