Seton Catholic Schools is a rapidly growing network serving 3,600 students across 15 K–8 parish schools— with plans for expansion to 20+ schools and continual growth in student enrollment. We are seeking a Director of Student Enrollment to lead systemwide enrollment strategy and strengthen family engagement across all Seton schools.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Student Enrollment drives enrollment growth, supports school-based recruitment, ensures an excellent family experience, and leads marketing efforts tied to enrollment. This role partners closely with Principals, Regional Directors, office teams, and the Director of Operations to support recruitment, retention, and community presence across the network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Enrollment & Recruitment
- Lead consistent recruitment practices across all schools
- Support school teams in meeting enrollment targets
- Manage systems that track families from inquiry to enrollment
- Coach school leaders on outreach, tours, and customer service
- Build relationships with childcare centers, parishes, and community organizations
Retention & Family Experience
- Monitor retention trends and support schools in achieving 90%+ retention
- Strengthen welcoming, mission-aligned family experiences
- Coordinate with Family Engagement to connect families to resources
- Lead retention campaigns for transition grades and re-registration
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and update enrollment materials (print, digital, social)
- Support website and school communication updates
- Create messaging templates and tools for school teams
- Collect stories, photos, and testimonials to highlight Seton’s mission
- Assist with network-wide recruitment events
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Monitor dashboards and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare regular enrollment reports for leadership
- Support Choice applications and registration processes
- Set KPIs and monitor analytics for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all enrollment guidelines
Collaboration & Leadership
- Support office teams in strengthening family-facing practices
- Collaborate with school and network leaders on trends and needs
- Lead trainings and participate in network planning sessions
- Uphold Seton’s Shared Values and brand guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- K–12 enrollment experience preferred
- Familiarity with Wisconsin School Choice programs a plus
- Strong communication, customer-service, and project-management skills
