We are seeking a Senior Director of Organizational Excellence to champion process optimization, systems integration, data excellence, and continuous improvement across the entire Seton network.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Director of Organizational Excellence leads a cross-functional team responsible for strengthening Seton’s core operational systems, including Student Information, Enrollment, Government Reporting, Finance, HR, and Fundraising. This leader will drive administrative excellence, ensure data integrity and compliance, build an integrated analytics and reporting infrastructure, and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Processes, Systems, Compliance, and Reporting team
  • Oversee technology services, systems integration, E‑Rate optimization, and related budgets
  • Implement and enhance student information systems and DPI Choice program reporting
  • Design and deploy a data warehouse integrating PowerSchool, Great Plains, ReqLogic, Paycom, and Raiser’s Edge
  • Facilitate LEAP and continuous improvement initiatives across departments
  • Develop long-range CI and systems optimization strategies
  • Coach staff to achieve organizational excellence and shared goals
  • Ensure all compliance and reporting requirements are met

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven leadership experience in processes, systems, data, and compliance—preferably in education
  • Demonstrated success managing complex operations and driving organizational change
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with organizational development, staff leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to influence at all levels and manage major projects
  • Master’s degree in Business or Education preferred
  • Familiarity with Wisconsin DPI, ESSA, and School Nutrition Programs is a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
  • Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong facilitation and training skills
  • Experience with cloud technologies and system integrations
