The South Shore Farmer’s Market is hiring a third on-site manager to be responsible for the operation of the SSFM for 17-20 Saturdays from 7:oo am to 1:oo pm from June – October. Managers are responsible for set up and take down. Liaison with vendors and shoppers. Must be organized and able to communicate effectively to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the market. Manager also conducts 2 farm visits.
Qualifications:
Organized problem solver with strong work ethic. Experience managing volunteers and/or vendors preferred but not necessary. Must be able to carry a minimum of 50 lbs and walk the entire market.
