- Positive, friendly, adaptable personality to collaborate with staff and parishioners. Dependable for quick turn-around set up of events, flexible in scheduling and hours worked.
- Performance of daily office opening procedures.
- Knowledge of maintaining operating and security systems such as HVAC, fire prevention and alarm systems. Ensuring building codes are met in compliance with insurance and city inspectors.
- Maintaining a scheduled, clean, safe, well-supplied and well-tended environment.
- Ability to solicit bids from outside contractors and supervise their activities.
- Ability to plan and adhere to budgets.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Basic computer skills .
- Up to 30 hours per week, job flexibility, competitive wages based on experience.
