Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships, telling compelling stories, and securing resources that drive real community impact? The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Milwaukee is seeking a visionary Director of Development to lead our fundraising and outreach efforts. 

In this full-time, exempt position, you’ll collaborate closely with our Executive Director to design and implement strategies that grow donor engagement, secure grant funding, and elevate our voice across digital and traditional platforms. Your responsibilities will range from crafting grant proposals and coordinating donor events to guiding marketing initiatives like social media, newsletters, and our annual report. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• A natural connector who thrives in relationship-building 

• A persuasive writer with experience in grant writing and fundraising 

• A strategic thinker who can juggle multiple deadlines with grace 

• A tech-savvy communicator with experience in CRM platforms (Bloomerang a plus) and digital tools

• Experience in mobile bidding platforms like OneCause 

• A passion for serving underserved communities
