  • Job Type Details: Assess needs of veterans and veteran families and connect them to resources

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and triage needs and coordinate appropriate service response through partner agencies;
  2. Provide case management and follow up to ensure needs met;
  3. Work as part of a collaborative team filling any service gaps;
  4. Maintain client confidentiality;
  5. Managing multiple client cases and partner interactions concurrently.

Additional skills:

  1. Multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities;
  2. strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  3. knowledge of Microsoft office skills and basic CRM software;
  4. experience working with diverse populations; ability to  maintain confidentiality; professionalism under pressure

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred;
  2. 1 or more years related experience;
  3. veteran status preferred but not required.

Other:

  1. full-time position 8-4 Monday – Friday;
  2. salary commensurate with experience;
  3. paid holidays and vacation/PTO.
