Leadership Roundtable: Taking the Suck out of Succession Planning – Document Retention and Standard Operating Procedures
The Nonprofit Leadership Initiative is offering a “Leadership Roundtable: Taking the Suck out of Succession Planning – Document Retention and Standard Operating Procedures”:
“What happens if your Executive Director or another member of leadership steps down tomorrow? Would your organization have the documentation and systems in place to ensure a smooth transition?
Join Nonprofit Leadership Initiative (NPLI) for a focused, two-hour roundtable discussion designed specifically for nonprofit leaders. Together, we’ll explore how documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) can strengthen your organization’s readiness for leadership transitions.
PARTICIPANTS WILL WALK AWAY WITH:
- A clear understanding of what needs to be documented (and why)
- Peer-tested tools and templates to get started
- Insight from real-world examples – what works, what doesn’t
- An action plan you can implement immediately
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Nonprofit leaders and board members serving a nonprofit located within NPLI’s service area.
This is a space for nonprofit leaders and board members to learn and have open dialogue. Attendance is capped at 30 people to provide time and space for authentic, peer-to-peer sharing.
