This role sits at the center of REDgen’s work—supporting school partnerships, advancing our mission, and helping bring our programs to life. REDgen is a youth mental health organization focused on building resilience and connection through peer-to-peer programming, including suicide prevention education and trainings.
You will play a key role in building a community grounded in well-being, connection, and resilience, ensuring that advisors and students feel supported every step of the way.
This position blends relationship management, communications, and program coordination—ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-centered, and energized by meaningful, mission-driven work.
Partnership & School Support
- Partner closely with REDgen school advisors as a trusted, go-to resource, offering responsive and thoughtful support
- Build strong, trusting relationships with school partners
- Support onboarding and ongoing engagement of REDgen chapters
- Track REDgen chapter contracts and invoices
- Assist schools with curriculum access, login, and registration
- Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for all school partners
Development Support
- Manage and maintain donor database (CRM or tracking system)
- Steward donors with warm, timely, and personalized communication
- Support the annual appeal (execution and follow-up)
- Assist with sponsorship applications and solicitation efforts
- Track donor engagement and giving history
Marketing & Communications
- Manage and grow REDgen’s social media presence across multiple platforms with a consistent and authentic voice
- Create storytelling content (student voices, school impact, community stories)
- Maintain and update website content
- Design marketing materials (flyers, one-pagers, digital assets)
- Ensure a warm, clear, and consistent brand voice across all platforms
Program & Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and coordinating:
- REDgen Rally
- Art of Resilience
- Represent REDgen at community outreach events, conferences, and tabling opportunities
- Support outreach events (materials, tables, logistics, staffing)
- Coordinate schedules, vendors, and event details
- Support volunteer engagement as needed
- Help develop and update Advisor Training materials, including suicide prevention training support
- Maintain accuracy of curriculum and program resources
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in youth nonprofit programs, partnerships, communications, or related roles
- Strong writer and thoughtful communicator
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Comfortable supporting partners, managing details, and juggling multiple priorities
- Able to move between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution
- Brings warmth, empathy, and a genuine commitment to youth well-being
- Demonstrates a passion for youth mental health and a willingness to engage in suicide prevention work, including supporting education and training events
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $58,000 – $66,000/year (based on experience)
- Health Care Stipend: $500/month
- Schedule: Full-time, 32–37 hours per week, including occasional evenings and weekends for events and community outreach. *Average workweek 32 hours, work schedule could increase to 37 hours per week during heavy event periods.
- Work Environment: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, education, public health, or a related field preferred
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in nonprofit programs, partnerships, communications, or development
- Experience working in or with schools, youth programs, or community-based organizations is a plus
- Experience managing social media across multiple platforms and contributing to digital communications
- Familiarity with donor databases (CRM systems), event coordination, and communications tools is very much preferred
