Coaching Volunteers and Boards

The UW-Green Bay Nonprofit Education and Development Network is offering a virtual conversation on “Coaching Volunteers and Boards”:

“As a leader within an organization, sometimes your role is to be a coach for your staff, volunteers, and board. To introduce the topic, Dawn VanderVoort, Melinda Pollen, and Jon Hill from UW-Madison Extension will describe how they train adults to tactfully provide advice and direction but leave the leadership and decision making to the youth in Extension’s 4-H program.”
