Collaborations, Mergers, and Beyond: Legal Pathways for Nonprofit Resilience
The Nonprofit Management Fund is offering “Collaborations, Mergers, and Beyond: Legal Pathways for Nonprofit Resilience”:
“Nonprofit leaders are increasingly navigating complex questions about sustainability, impact, and organizational structure. For some organizations, exploring restructuring—such as strategic partnerships, collaborations, or mergers—can be an important step toward long-term sustainability.
The Nonprofit Management Fund, in partnership with Scholz Nonprofit Law, invites nonprofit leaders to participate in a webinar series to understand nonprofit restructuring options from a legal and strategic perspective.
With decades of experience advising nonprofits through restructuring planning and transactions, Scholz Nonprofit Law brings a thoughtful, practical approach to what can often be sensitive and emotionally challenging conversations. This workshop is designed to provide clarity about the options, not prescriptions—recognizing that there is no “one size fits all” solution.
