The Association of Fundraising Professionals Northeast Wisconsin Chapter is offering a lunch-and-learn on “Constructive Conversations for High-Impact Fundraising Teams”:

“Building on the foundation of trust established in Part One, this session focuses on the communication skills essential for maintaining and strengthening that trust—particularly in the high-stakes world of fundraising and stakeholder engagement.

Led by communication expert Kristin D. Charles, Ph.D., this session explores how feedback, when delivered effectively, can deepen relationships, improve team performance, and reinforce ethical practices. Fundraising professionals and nonprofit leaders often face complex, sensitive conversations, and the way these interactions are handled has a direct impact on credibility, alignment, and mission success.
