Restorative Coordinator

At 4th Dimension Sobriety, we believe lasting recovery happens through connection, accountability, and community. We are seeking a Restorative Coordinator who is passionate about helping people navigate conflict, strengthen relationships, and create a healthy living environment where residents can thrive.
The Restorative Coordinator reports to the Program Director and works as an integral member of the 4th Dimension Sobriety team. This position does not operate independently; resident support, programming, accountability, and community engagement are shared responsibilities carried out in close collaboration with leadership and fellow team members. Success in this role depends on teamwork, communication, and a shared commitment to our mission.
Primary Responsibilities
Working alongside the 4th Dimension Sobriety team, you will:
- Facilitate restorative circles, conflict resolution meetings, and community discussions.
- Help residents develop accountability plans following conflicts or rule violations.
- Lead recovery-focused groups, morning circles, and other resident programming.
- Build trusting relationships with residents while maintaining healthy boundaries.
- Support resident engagement, recovery, and personal growth.
- Coordinate with community partners, volunteers, and outside service providers.
- Assist with community dinners, special events, and other community-building activities.
- Complete documentation and maintain compliance with organizational and county requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on resident care, programming, and daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the mission of 4th Dimension Sobriety.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:

- Is calm, organized, and confident during difficult conversations.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Has experience in recovery support, restorative justice, peer support, behavioral health, social services, or a related field.
- Possesses strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience facilitating groups or conflict resolution.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and de-escalation practices.
- Lived experience in recovery is welcomed but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $55,000
