Position Title: Master’s Level Foster Home Licensing Social Worker

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Minimum of one (1) year of direct professional experience licensing foster homes is required.

Current Wisconsin social work credential appropriate for the assigned duties.

Demonstrated knowledge of Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) foster care licensing requirements.

Experience conducting foster home studies, family assessments, home visits, and licensing evaluations.

Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage assigned licensing cases.

Knowledge of Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter DCF 56.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with child welfare regulations.
- Must have at least 1yr experience licensing foster homes.
Contract Position
This is a contracted, as-needed position. The selected Master’s Level Social Worker will provide foster home licensing services based on the needs of Kobe’s Way. Hours and assignments will vary, and there is no guaranteed minimum caseload.
Compensation will be established through a written contractual agreement.
