Vital Voices for Mental Health is seeking a part-time Interviewer/Surveyor to assist with administering surveys and interviews with individuals who have mental health and substance use concerns.
Position Responsibilities:
- Administer and assist with interviews and surveys by telephone
- Accurately document survey responses
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with participants
- Maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures
Hours:
Hours vary based on project needs and availability, typically ranging from 5-15 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as available. All surveys are conducted by phone from the Vital Voices office.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- College coursework or experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
- Personal or family experience with mental health or substance use recovery is highly valued
Compensation:
- $12.00 per hour
